Shipping Policy

Each Bigfoot Coast to Coast item is made to order after your purchase is placed.

Production Time

Most orders are produced within approximately 2–7 business days before shipping. Production times can occasionally take longer due to product availability, quality checks, large orders, holidays, or other fulfillment delays.

Shipping Time

After production is complete, delivery time depends on the shipping method, destination, product, and fulfillment provider.

For most U.S. orders, standard shipping typically takes approximately 2–5 business days after production. Economy shipping, when available, may take approximately 4–8 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates only and may change due to production delays, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Tracking information is generally provided once your order has shipped. If your order contains products fulfilled by different production partners, your order may arrive in separate shipments with separate tracking numbers.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delayed or Missing Packages

Carrier delays can occasionally occur. If your tracking has not updated or your package appears to be significantly delayed or missing, please contact us at support@bigfootcoasttocoast.com with your order number.

Shipping-related issues should be reported as soon as possible. Our production partner requires eligible order or shipment issues to be reported within 30 days of the delivery date or estimated delivery date.

Multiple Shipments

Items in the same order may occasionally be produced by different fulfillment facilities and arrive in separate packages.

International Orders

International delivery times vary by destination and may take longer than domestic shipping. Customers may also be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
